Besides, there is something called "closing threads", doesn't need to be deleted.
Besides, it says "moved".
The threads have not been closed or deleted just moved 2 a section that members can't view until Andy decides to either reinstate ( after cleaning at least one of them up ), close it, delete it or leave it where it is

**** that mate, delete the threads and get it ******* over with. You do whatever the **** you guys want. It's a ******* pity non Patrolling little nancy pussies whining and pulling strings on my threads. If you're working on flushing this forum down the toilet like mudrhino forum, you're on the right track.
If you have trouble with Patrol unrelated threads and posts, you have a big cleaning up job here, including telling off the pussies who don't have Patrols and try to tell others what they can and can't post. Mods won't have time for anything else to do other than cleaning up.
Keep spreading your intolerant and racist culture here. You'll get there.

You want more member involvement in the forum, yet you will shut down anything that "the core group” within the forum can’t stomach. Claiming terms like “it was getting out of control or it’s not Patrol related” when most often the offending post is from within “ the core group” and lets face it, most of the topics on here aren’t Patrol related anyway.

Dom, this Forum has been going since May 2010 and i have been a member here since the 25th of June 2010. I have been a Mod here since 2012. The great thing about this forum is the Lack of animosity, the Lack of confrontation, the Lack of agro and the Lack of Soapbox behaviour. As a Mod my job is nearly non-existent, the members police themselves and everyone gets along. I have met some great people from this forum and expect many of them to be life long friends. Thats why I'm here and thats why guys keep coming back here. The camaraderie and friendship. Based around a past time of common interested being Patrols and camping and touring.
I am all for Healthy Debate. constructive discussions that provide a positive outcome for the members. The underlying point always must be though is to make sure it is positively constructive for the Forum and the members. Members come here and come here often because they trust that this is a community that they are comfortable in without having to be accountable necessarily.
Your recent threads have brought to the forum not a Positively Constructive debate IMO. It is all well and good to say 'Scroll past" "You don't have to read it" "ignore the thread" but there are many many members that find it difficult to do that. They log on and the thread is at the top of the "Whats New" page and over the last few weeks has drawn considerable traffic, a large percentage of it has been negative feedback from the members. Your response to that is to then quote each and every one of the responses individually and challenge the responses with your Ideology. I would say bordering on Political. i could find the definition of Political in the threads. Ideology and Activism for an ideological agenda.
The threads have not been constructive debate but rather disruptive and i have read many responses from members that arnt happy with the threads or the opinions and its counterproductive.
I would prefer to log on to the forum and see 1 page of Whats New all constructive and in good faith positive towards the members and the membership. To log on and find 2 threads sitting at the top of the whats new full of angst and members on the back foot because your challenging their ideologies and rigorously dictating what could be considered an extreme way of life (Vegan) is disappointing to say the least.
To log onto this thread and find you suggesting that this forum is Rascist and intolerant rocks me to my core. I take particular offence to that. This has Nothing to do with Race or Culture. Step back and take a breathe mate. you are out of line.
I moderated your original Vegan Thread because it was creating animosity and unnecessary unrest. Your a Vegan, i get it, don't come here and preach Vegan. feel free to choose Vegan. Feel free to let everyone else choose not to be vegan. Its interesting that if you had a post count of 10 when you started your Vegan thread i would have seen you as a Spammer and Banned you.... I removed a Thread that was causing issues with way more members that it was helping. I am not sure how that makes me a Soft Cock Patrol Owner but such is Life. Your Welcome here, Your welcome to start threads and discuss topics. Patrol or Not Patrol threads is not really the issue, you can't draw a parallel between a cooking thread about Camp Ovens and a thread about the fundamental belief in Veganism and its doctrine. Deal with it mate sorry.

And the fact that our speech pathologist that we take our son 2 for his speech issues wants 2 charge us 180bucks to write a progress report for my son because we are thinking of trying to get financial help though NDIS...... Supposedly the report is so that the NDIS would have current information regarding my sons speech and language, which supposedly would greatly support his case as she would be able to emphasise the functional impact of his difficulties.

Waking up yesterday morning with major works being carried out behind our place, the council are putting in a new footpath and some type of guard rail. I knew there was some work planned but thought it was on the other side of the road, not both.
This effectively stops my rear access to the yard, lucky I spoke with the contractors as there was no notification from council.
Contractors told me one other guy up the road is in a similar situation and the council won't budge due to safety issues, I realise we don't legally have access it was just a bonus.
I'll need to move my trailer and caravan (with the PATROL) over the weekend, I've got a place to store it but a PITA not having it handy.
Once work is completed in about four weeks I'll know where the gaps are (if any) and sneak it back in. Speaking with the contractors I think there may be two options, fingers crossed.

Must be handy to have dual access mate , councils stop anything they can't make a dollar out of and don't mind spending to make some poor buggers life a misery.

Yeah, have no access from the front to the back yard, we built on a very steep block and in a court so minimal frontage. Also no room to park out the front either, not happy at all.
Just hoping there will be a couple of openings for the tractor mower that I can sneak through.

I lived on a steep block for 20 years with no access to the back yard and stairs from the driveway down to the house.
When we looked for a new place the one thing I had to have was vehicle access to the back yard, I can now drive forward through the carports with the camper on and turn around in the back yard. :)

We thought about that but orientation of the house wouldn't have been energy efficient. We back onto a reserve and never expected this.

That's why I built three bathrooms , only time I have trouble is because of the septic outfall pump , but have had to attack the odd dinosaur over the years , sometimes if the hmmm water level in the pan drops enough a good sized bucket of water upended in one go will unblock but it depends on the cause of the blockage and how squeamish you are .

I need to vent...
The council have been pretty good to us so far in regards to our current issue we are having which a lot of you guys know about. They have given us a few extensions whilst we try and get a strong case together so we can hit these mofo's hard, giving them zero chance of winning a court battle. But now it seems they are turning. They want to inspect our property to see what works have been done. I told them theres no point as virtually zero has been done as we simply cannot afford the 5.1k for the drainage repairs. But they want to come so they are...
So I get outside today and thought I will see what I can do myself so atleast it looks like things are moving faster. I then find another down pipe that is NOT connected to the storm water, they ( previous owners) had just put an end piece on the down pipe and covered it with garden mulch. So the council officer who inspected the property didn't find this. Then I go to where this down pipe is suppose to be going, joining up with the down pipe at the front of the house. I start digging only to find the 90mm pipe is all busted and they had just covered it over aswell!
So. Now we have to call the plumber back in to requote, and then I have to ring our solicitor and tell him thats theres going to be more coin to chase. I'm guessing another 1k in extra repairs here.
I seriously cannot wait until this is over.

Yeah we have the plumber coming out tomorrow arvo, I will be suggesting this to him.
We have been told too by our solicitor that its actually a criminal offense to not adhere to council requests. So big fines and even jail time in some cases. Wow! We basically said to the council that we were not aware of these issues and not aware of the building notice on the property prior to us buying at auction. And we basically had done our nuts in purchasing the place and simply do not have the money to get this fixed right now, and we have to put this through the right legal rings to get it sorted.
And to top it off, the real estate agent who sold the hose said to my face that he knew of some drainage issues but not of the notice. I said ok I believe you, but I will find out of your lying. Guess what? He lied, and I have documented proof. So I am wondering if we are entitled to some sort of compensation now aswell. Only because if the auctioneer stated this council issue at auction time, no doubt the price wouldn't have gone as high as it did. So this is something I need to speak to my solicitor about.
I just really want to get the agent in trouble and fined really though. As the prick lied to my face about it. I am so tempted to stop by his office and just say to him. "I told you I would find out". Just to see his face would be gold. But doing that may impact on the case so I wont. But so wanna do it.

I removed your other thread too because i felt it was going to do exactly the same thing. Blow out and create Angst.
I have spent more time being a Mod in the last month than in the last 5 years. The hidden message?? Don't claim Free Speech and everyone has a right to post anything, not quite true. nearly but not quite. We do have a Family orientation and an expectation of positive contributions to the forum.
AB is the Admin and the Owner of this forum and has the final word on every single thread. He rarely steps in. He has the final word on your parked threads.
I write this on good faith mate, i am not here for a debate and won't enter into one. This forum Rarely Ever Moderates the members and Rarely removes threads from open discussion, i can think of less than 5 in 7 years (including 2 of yours). Not a bad average IMO. Be here is Good Faith and the forum will remain healthy.
Hey Darren,
Ok, I admit I was bit out of line when I accused the 'forum' rather than accusing the individual of racism. Please accept my apologies on that, and that goes for nice folks I've met in this forum who's got nothing to do with racist crap.
I do understand it is quite probable to irritate some when I post threads that could've posted in the pub forum etc rather than opening a separate thread for that. I imagine folks who wanna 'lighthearted conversation' might get irritated when a seemingly 'serious' conversation pops up in the "what's new" section, initiated by me. But, believe me, some threads have to have it's own thread, rather than being a part of an existing thread, so I can either post it or not post it,
Yes, I was bit too hasty to reply to folks who hasn't gota clue where I come from or who I am in that particular subject, so I might have been irritating in that regards. Yes, I need to picture the other folks in the other end who can't possibly know all my reasons and manage my replies accordingly.
About keeping the forum off any political debates? That is your right. Bear in mind though, you are being political when you end up deleting my threads 'cos the core group are irritated by threads or the way I am 'too hasty' at replying back. By your very effort to keep the forum non political & friendly, you can and will end up being political, but rather in smaller scale, so it may be acceptable to you and the folks who are irritated by me. But, that's my problem, not yours. Forum belongs to the owner(s) and the core group whether I like it or not, again my problem, not yours. My point with that 'rant' is that if the forum grows in numbers and influence, I can rest assure you it will be more and more political to the point of affecting and having to deal with political crap outside the forum which may or may not have anything to do with 4WD'ing.
I do take your points above me being 'bit too inflammatory', but in my "defence", some of the folks that were whining about me and my posts were bringing in a baggage related to me that has nothing to do with threads got deleted, but my past posts in the other forum(which weren't popular, and that was my intention as well).
I am not here to win a popularity contest or out of desperation to make friends, but I really do appreciate few friends I have here.
I have nothing against you deleting that damn "vegan thread". If you were able to foresee it turning ugly then that's fine.
I'm only crossed about deleting the " You're not your genetics. It's epigenetics too", which was a poorly calculated decision on your part.
That thread morphed into a lighthearted conversation and was going fine until you gave into somebody's whinging.
Your choice to delete/park the thread is a sign of playing politics that you purported to be not in favour of.
It sounded like(to me) you or Andy were waiting for a reason to pull the 'non Patroling threads' by me out of the forum, be it political or otherwise(unless it is lighthearted and acceptable to simple pleasures like booze, chicks or of course 4wd'ing)
I agree with your comment about "free speech". There is no such thing here or anywhere else for that matter.
Forum admin/owner had the final say for sure. It is no democracy and doesn't need to be either.
You are within your rights to practice dictatorship on me, as I am not paying a monthly subscription fee atm.
Again, let me reiterate, I'm not crossed about deleting the damn vegan thread, but deleting a harmless & non offending thread(as mentioned above). If you did that to satisfy few nincompoops or 'cos it's bit too much for you to moderate any future crap, then it is not a good enough reason for me. But, I do understand as I am not in a monthly subscription paying core group, so I shouldn't have any rights.
Again, sorry about my racist accusation. That wasn't fair for many of the decent folks here who were generous and treated me decently. So, I apologize.

Only issue here is that you're feeding the trolls yourself with your troll enlightening post above.
You're miserably failing in your mission to not feed any trolls 'cos your post above itself is trolling in it's own right.
Try PMs next time, unless your mission here is to "stir the pot" which this forum is claiming to be not a good place for.
IF you give a damn about "happiness" of this forum, stick with PMs, just for the sake of following your own advice.

Looking back on everything and I'm sorry mate you didn't see the thread.
I can post everything from beginning to end, so everybody can see who's trolling who.
Hey, I do understand I have my flaws with wanting to reply to most of the posts that I don't agree with in my threads.
But, you have a policy of not wanting anything that can cause debates or unrest. I respect that.
But, do you realize you are only whining about two threads here where I am not the abuser but the instigator of a debate that
turned crap 'cos it didn't 'belong' here in this forum for whatever the reason? Prior to that I have no memory of posting anything
inflammatory in this forum 'cos I sensed the culture here is to keep things 'cool' and not to discuss anything other than 'soft' subjects.
No serious or semi-serious subjects here under any circumstances. I get it.
Dom was clearly an internet troll.
Seriously??!!
Isn't that 'grand'?!!
I've never posted anything controversial, irritable or even debatable in this forum, let alone threads on any serious subjects up until couple of weeks ago. I've spent countless hours documenting tech stuff so the members in this forum can benefit from it as I benefited from their work.
Sure I lost my plot in a single thread by not realizing the audience here have no time for it.
I've joined this forum nearly six years ago & have never posted anything potentially abrasive until those two threads above, or rather the single thread above.
What a 'troll' I have been!!!Bang Head
You can accuse me of posting too many threads and posts in last month though. Guilty as charged. No doubt that's been annoying the crap out of you and many.

More annoyed than angry. Decided to change the oil and filter on the beast. Before I purchased the vehicle I found a quick release valve that screws into the sump to take the mess out of the trajectory discharge, just like I did again today, pulled the plug and off the oil shot out well past the catch pan, 500ml on the concrete. After the engine drained, went to screw in the new valve, wrong thread - had this defined by Brunswick and yes, they picked the wrong one, so back to the sump plug again.
Then decided to find out if one of my BOSS airbags had a leak as it wouldn't stay inflated, so jacked up the car, removed wheel and bag assy, dropped it in the pool, no bubbles. Went hunting and found the issue with the in dash gauge pressure release valve that allows 'on the run trimming', yes its crap and leaks, so put it all back together and now the battle starts with the supplier as the gear has been installed over 12 mths.
Went for a drive to gather some info regards the flowmeters on the engine and it appears the data from both the fuel injector mob and BD is way off what i am measuring, perhaps 500%, one flowmeter not working, looking like its electrical within the flowmeter, so back to the supplier with the new numbers and 'round 2'.

Angry for a long time, until today.
My folks brought a Panasonic full HD Video camera couple years ago. Great little thing until you want to watch the videos on a non Panasonic TV (AVCHD file).
After countless attempts to convert to a file that would work on other TVs without success. I realized that the book that came with was only a Basic operating instruction one. I Found the full Owners manual online all 168 pages got the wife to print it out at work and now within 1/2 hour and a few pushers on the touch screen it will convert to 1080/60i to the sd card.
Now mum is 76 and dad 82. They, mainly mum managers the camera,TV and other electronic devices. They do alright, so if i sit her down and show her a few times she will be able to convert it by herself, so when they are out at a friends house she can pull out a USB and say "here pull this in your TV" and it will work.

I'm told by a gunsmith if any moisture gets into where the guns are stored most bags absorb the moisture and trap it inside the bag which means rust .
But I suppose it depends on where your storage is like a shed or inside the house etc , I was having trouble with rust and it was the first thing he asked me , haven't had trouble since storing them out of the bags .

AB, they are probably working on the principal of teach a man to fish and he won't go hungry for life, instead of hand feeding you a meal then you becoming reliant on their exceptional customer skill. I am sure you can align with this simple principle? At least thats what i am guessing as I find the number of customer assistants decreasing, however have a better than 50% strike rate get directed to the right spot in the store.

Reminds me of a technician that we had come over from Germany to do some in house training on some machines , he forgot his euro to OZ power adapter so he could charge his phone and laptop computer .
He had pretty good English and asked at the motel desk where he could buy one and was told to walk down the street to Big W which wasn't far , he walks in the door gets greeted with a hello sir how are etc he replies ok and keeps going to the electrical section because it was marked with a big sign and starts looking for the adaptors but couldn't find them.
He found a young guy stacking shelves and explained what he wanted but the guy said no they don't sell them .
As he was walking out the door the greeter seen the expression on his face and asked if he was ok , to which he replied he was amazed that a store like this didn't sell euro to oz power adapters , the greeter assured him they did and pointed out exactly where they were .
He went over found them and grabbed one , went and found the guy he spoke to who was bent over stacking shelves and promptly gave him a swift kick in the arse , when the guy picked himself up and turned around the German guy held up the adaptor , smiled and walked away leaving the guy with a shocked/surprised look on his face .

I can't say I've experienced it around here, recently. They tend to hire young chicks that smile at you with a greeting even though they may not know
about the products. They have cut down staff numbers by the looks of it, but can't say I've experienced rude behaviour as they tend
not to hire people like that. The guys who don't know stuff are usually trained to say they don't know and point to a guy who knows the stuff. Last time I experienced rude behaviour was some good ten years ago in Epping, where the guy didn't believe
me when I went back to complain about a missing filter candle in one of the water filters I bought from them.
I gave him a choice of taking back the filter or give me a new filter candle in which he took the latter option.
Even the older retiried tradies they hire are helpful rather than grumpy, and not to mention they know their stuff. I specifically chase the older guys 'cos
they always give good advice to save money and time. Chicks are always helpful whether they know the stuff or not.
Sorry about the 'trolling'. I don't work for Bunnings, but I think you ended up with a bloke who managed to squeeze through their hiring etiquette.

When they first opened here they were good with their staff hiring no problem at all , but slowly over the years they have become exactly what AB is describing , there are two older staff that no one who's asked them a question once will go near them on a subsequent visit .
You used to get a hello can I help you within 2-5 minutes of entering , now you spend 10 trying to find someone , what was their strong point was service but not now .
I used to manage a hardware store and would sack three quarters of the local staff if they had worked for me , been to many Bunnings stores around the country and some are better than others with regards to service and range .

Probably the manager is not doing a good job in that Bunnings store. Last time I went to Bunnings Eltham was some five years ago. Sunday is probably not the best time to get the best customer service there 'cos it's pretty jam-packed with customers.
It's a pity Masters went under. They've been competing well while reducing the weekend crowd.
We need a good competitor for Bunnings. When there's a good competitor, they improve their game.
Bunnings here turned "super nice" and extended their hours when Masters were around.

Yeah I get what your saying AVO , it's up to the bosses how the stores run and you'd be right probably but employees are given training and hiding from customers , talking with your mates or on the phone to your mate while making the customer wait for service is going to get you on the dole queue.
Also selling an engine bolt to a customer who was told to get a cup bolt (because it's the same thing ) just to make a sale , I was always taught if we don't have it , can't get it or customer is in a hurry and can't wait for an order to come in , send them where they can get it .

Bloody comfy and very capable.I've had both and honestly I reckon my GQ is more comfortable than the GU I had and much more enjoyable to drive. The GQ is a hell of a lot noisier in the cab but that drowns out the kids so I can live with that.

Just be done with it AB and buy a GU. You know you wife will love you, even more, for it. Bigger cabin space and much more comfy to drive in. You already have the GU motor. Get a grenaded 3Ltr for cheap as chips and your about 99% there.
Skip the GU part completely and straight into a Y62 mate. Bigger than a GU, comfier, more power, awesome braking power, 33s as standard and did I say comfortable

This new bloody rule about slowing to 40 Ks past an emergency or enforcement vehicle with flashing light or sounding siren. I nearly ran up someones ginger when they braked hard. The Copper was parked behind a van and I didn't see the Flashing lights until after I hit the brakes. Bloody glad I leave heaps of room to the car in front. I can see why they made the rule, but what about a bit more notice to get familiar with it.

not angry, just a little pee'd ........ bloody left hand inner axle seal has bloody let go for the 3rd time in 2 years......... yayyyyyy
Make sure no crud has blocked the breather, 'cos the weakest seal usually let go when that happens.
Mine does the same. I'm pretty certain the left side of the diff is bent and the body/suspension lift somehow contributed to it(in mine).
You can speedy sleeve it with the spring around the oil seal shortened to exert more pressure on the axle.
Or the bigger job, pull the diff housing out and straighten it.

Agreed, great rule and very necessary as I have a mate who's a paramedic. Just had to obey it earlier today, it was very visible from a long way with two ambulances and a paramedic station wagon all flashing lights.
Can see it would be difficult to get much notice in some situations.

That rule won't work over here in WA... you would have to speed up to reach 40 KPH not brake...
Stupid %$^#@% rubber neckers would still have the same number of prangs 'cause they aren't watching where the eff they are going... wankers!!!
I find the SA situation a bit curious as well... used to be 40 then lowered to 25.
Does that mean school kids are less likely to get bowled?
If little Johnny is 'deemed' safer at 40 I would have thought big Johnny would be as well but I guess the logical progression will be to lower school zones to 25KPH

It is 25kph past emergency vehicles in sa too
I think 40 would be safer, slowing down to 25 on a 3 lane section of road with a 100 speed limit has caused a lot of near misses as some vehicles slow faster than others.

Some of you may remember my mouse problem from a few pages back! Well it turned out to be just the one, looks like we brought it back from camping with us at a guess. Fortunately, we managed to get the focker!
Unfortunately, my 16month old son seems to have contracted a very rare parasite, the doc says the mouse is the most likely cause.. We cleaned every surface, every little bloody thing, but he's still ended up crook as. It's listed as a 'notifiable event' in SA, but not here in Vic, so I guess it's rare enough to be somewhat important.
Thankfully we were onto it pretty quick as it's very out of sorts for him to be so ill. He'll be a-ok, we've just had to deal with a very grumpy baby and a lot of liquid diarrhoea - not fun.

Telstra suck.
I ran a tour business and a mobile bike maintenance workshop, in an area where there is no mobile service and for 2 years (and still going) Telstra have been unable to provide internet or a reliable phone service. We still get 2 x 1 hour outages a day on our internet (ADSL) and are 1.4km from the exchange. At least the phones work now, pity the business failed as no-one could call us to book anything :-(.
As for the TIO, useless as fuck. Over the 9 months I had them involved in my dispute with Telstra I has about 12 'case managers' who did didly squat. Even now I am arguing with them over the closure of my complaint because Telstra say it fixed (it's not) so the complaint is closed and I can't re-open it because Telstra says it fixed....
The only 'compensation' offered was $1k and a binding agreement to not discuss my 2 years of pain and anguish with anyone......they can keep their $1k....

We had a telstra tech turn up, mind you this is 40+ site visit and rudely tell my wife to stop logging calls for our internet and it is 'within tolerance' and there is nothing that they can do. So I logged another call that evening when the internet failed, for the second time that day. Guess what I was told?
My 6 week old Telstra router is not compatible with the exchange anymore and until I purchased another router there was nothing Telstra could do to deliver the service...and I would not get a refund on the Telstra modem either. Turns out they are full of shit, the modem is still on their official list and is the standard/default Telstra modem. So sick of the lies they tell.....

Yeah, that wasn't fun for the missus. Yersinia it's called. Common in animals, but we don't have pets and he hadn't been around animals for a bit before that, so mouse it the most likely culprit.

Mice is something you most certainly don't want around babies. Babies do need to be exposed to non lethal pathogens to develop their immune system.
But the bugs from mice and rats is something we probably wanna avoid, babies or grownups.
There was whooping cough epidemic in Sydney last year and the year before. These bugs come and go.
If you have a mice problem, do take care of it asap. It's money well spent.
Mice need to live as well, but it's not possible for us to share a house with them. :)
Yeah, that Yersinia bug is not a fun one according to google. It's not specific to kids either, so you folks might have it even
though you don't have the symptoms(Remember Typhoid Mary?).
I'm not a big fan of giving antibiotics to babies, but there is no choice these days with some of these bugs.

Bit of an update on my post from 4/8 #10346
Got my caravan out in the nick of time, they bulldozed a metre high mound of topsoil three metres behind my back fence. Promptly cut down about six gums, two of which were dead (I was waiting for them to fall over and collect the wood). They had all the necessary paperwork, it's a safety issue. I was hoping they would leave the wood for me but no they loaded it into the truck. The contractors are fine, great to talk to and just doing their job, it's Vicroads and the local council.
Monday they had a bit of an issue, rolled a compactor and that stopped work for the day. Luckily no injuries, but a very expensive day for them. Cranes, trucks, workcover etc. They then had to shutdown due to the weather.

Recently travelled Goog's track for the second time. Listening in on the uhf as a group towing camper trailers joked as they struggled to get up the dunes. Eventually caught up with them and after chatting with them found that they hadn't dropped their tyre pressures AND were only using 4wd once they couldn't go any further. No wonder the track was so much more chopped up compared to last year. Two weeks later we did a west to east crossing of the Simpson Desert . While having lunch at Poeppel's corner two idiots ( sorry I have to call them idiots ) on motorbikes rode out onto the salt lake in front of marker and proceed to do "wheelies" and rip up the lake's surface . Later I was talking to a tour guide and he told me that he encountered a group in 4wds doing an east - west crossing who were trying to see who could get the futhurest out into the desert / up the dunes without using 4wd. He can see a time in the near future when the desert will be closed to all traffic for 10 yrs simply because of the actions of a few idiots. Once again a minority spoiling it for the majority.

I can confirm the ALDI drill mounted pump doesn't like thicker fluids.
It struggles. And the shaft going into the drill is perfectly round and stainless so add a bit of oil and you've got no traction.
Unless you like friction welding .
