Question it? Put chilli sauce on their dunny seat
I did question it but informed by HR that this is they way we sort out pays and that's that.
This all came about because I did 8 weeks of permanent days but was still payed my shift allowance and I did 270odd hours of extra hours so they are taking 70 hours off me to compensate no shift work.
Not a union site and because I signed a contract that states if I do things such as this payroll can manipulate my pay to suit. I knew I was going to get screwed but didn't realise how much.
I would love to put that scorpion sauce around their coffee cups and see what happens but I think I wouldn't have a job for very long afterwards.

Bloody pathetic when people do that. Some people just get a kick out of expressing some anger at others, saying crap they would not initiate. Ringing someone up cause, who their wife wrongly accused of doing something she was guilty of, and telling them they're dead... Like, seriously. What goes through peoples heads these days.
If I rang up and abused, and threatened to kill every person that cut me off, pull out in front of me, tail-gated me, I'd be locked up by now, for sure...

These pricks do as they please and the cops round here do nothing... I got told recently by a police officer that " Its just the way these types of people are and you need to understand "... what the truck??

The CRD's handle the turbo boost well.

So about 4 years ago I had a big kidney stone on the right side that I had tohave surgery to remove. The pain is at the extreme end of the scale and is commonly compared to the equivalent of Child Birth for men. I have lived that level of pain a few times! Sux balls!!
So I had an attack about 4 weeks ago with another kidney stone on the right side Nd spent the day in Emergency and had a CT scan and Ultrsound showing a 6mm stone, they suggested that I could pass that and sent me home to do my best!! Fark that!!
So that was 4 weeks ago, I have not yet passed this stone and am 4 days from leaving for the Simpson. I had a follow up CT scan and Utrsound last week.
So I was woken by pain at about 2am this morning with a Kidney stone! The Avery Farking Scarey thing is though is that this new pain is presenting as a Stone on the LEFT SIDE Too!!
Was awake for most of the night, got up this morning and pissed a little blood. Damn it. Went to the Expo today with a little discomfort. Had my second wee at around 2pm this Arvo and have never pissed so much Blood!! Was at the urinal looking at the wee coming out think What The Fark!!! This ain't Good!!
Needless to say I am a little concerned! Got to head to the doc tomorrow for some test results!! Timing is sh1t bloody Simpson trip is 3 days away!!! Give me a break please!
G'evening Darren,
All the best with your torturous situation mate!
Remember, your health comes first, with-out it, essentially your farkked
PS, Get onto the doc ASAP in the morning!
Kind regards,

If you've still got issues with blood and pain I don't think I'd be heading out without a fairly good confirmation from the Doc. I hope there is a way to work it out in the next few days! All the best!

As for me I have been feeling ill in the guts since last Thursday night. Sharp pains in the top of my stomach like you wouldn't believe. I eventually dragged myself to the 24hr habbib "rent a doc" shop on Saturday and he just fobbed it off as indigestion. Told me to take some Nexium and I'll be right. Right now I still feel shite and after speaking with my dad who has stomach ulcers I reckon thats what it is. Symptoms are identical to his but I'm no doc so I just have to wait a few more days to see if the Nexium helps. Been swigging on Mylanta too but now thats giving my the trots to make things worse, but it does ease the pain a little.

Well I can only self diagnose to a point. The doc just told me to take "this" and signed me off and I have barely sat down. My big weekend was the start of last week. Was feeling great up until Thursday. It felt like he was just trying to push the patients through to get more money. Thats a reason why I hate going to those clinics. More patients equals more money.
I am only taking the maximum dosage of Mylanta too and I only had a gastroscope not long ago aswell...Will have to ride this out I reckon, as I am working all this week, plus the weekend and all of next week and I have no time to take off. Plus I need to get my backyard in order before the wifes 40th next month!!!!
Anyhow, just needed to vent a little as it always happens, when I get busy with work, other shite happens.

G'day mate, yeah I'm not that guy mate. When I had the attack 4 weeks ago I immediately knew what was going on and drove Gaelic to the Emergency Department just in time for a full Attack in the waiting room. 10/10 pain, straight in, I ate nothing and expected that they would operate. Happy days, get it out and recover before my trip.
They ht me hard with Morphine in the arm and a depositary up the backside. I had a CT and Ultra Sound then and there and as predicted the pain subsided as things relax. So after 3 hours on the bed and sh1t loads of pain killers my pain went from 10/10 to Nothing. The CT scan presented a 6mm stone so they determined I'd be able to pass that without help and gave me a prescription for as done and my own pack of depositories that I could stick up my own ass if the pain got too much!
I had another CT scan last Wednesday and bloods and an Ultrsound on Friday. Very conscious of my trip and hopeful it would either pass, sit back or be operated prior. Damn it.
At the end of the day they reckon a 6mm stone can pass and the pain can be managed while it happens. This new attack is the other side and the blood is significant. I spoke to the Jrologist Nurse this morning and she advised I should present to Emergency today.
She also advised that my CT sca showed 2 small stones on the left that I may now be passing also. Damn it. She said it was not indicated what size they are which suggests they are smaller.
Either way it's sh1t.
Sitting in Emergency now with a bottle of piss I just produced waited for the doc.
If I can pass them then some pain relief and piece of mind (which is the most important bit) and I'm on my way.

Not really angry but a little annoyed. We have a do not knock sticker on our door for door to door sales people. I get home from work today, and I see an Indian fella holding a clipboard walk up to my door. He see's the sticker then turns away to walk off. He takes about six steps then turns back and walks to the door and starts to knock. He know I'm home as the light were on and he could more than likely see me through the frosted glass on the door. I just ignored him and he continue to knock louder and harder. I just sat and watched. After four attempts he walks off and gives me the bird through the Window. Now if my wife and kids were not home I would now be sitting at the local cop shop facing assault charges. I would have had pleasure throwing him off the veranda and onto the front lawn.
This is the second time this has happened since having the sticker. The first pick was some irish crunt trying to sell roof re sprays. We said to him can't you read the sign to not knock on the door. His response was, I didn't knock on the door, I knocked on the Window next to the door. Did he cop a spray or what!!!!

Having just read the post from NP99 re "If you don't want them... Give then to someone who does" has really just bummed me out and made me mad.
One of the biggest reasons shite like this happens is because everyone goes "It's got nothing to do with me" or "It's not my problem." and choose to turn a blind eye...
Edmund Burke once said: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men should do nothing.”
If you turn a blind eye, then IMO, you are just as guilty as the offender.
It takes a lot to intervene in situation where you are outnumbered or maybe weaker, but I have found that most bullies will back down when you call their bluff.
I, for one, will always take a stand against injustice. How about you?

G'day Mego,
I know how you feel. My wife's new Subaru Imprezza was damaged by hail at Christmas. The car looked brand new when it was fixed in January this year.
Two weeks latter when she drove home from work from the Coffs Harbour Hospital, I noticed when she pulled into the drive the damage that was done and hit the farken roof.
Turned out some scumbag damaged both the passenger side front and rear of the car, obviously when they were reversing out of the car-park, they hit my wife's car.
Now its going to cost us another $500.00 excess in insurance costs to have $1,700.00 worth of damaged fixed.
PS, there is only one way to treat parasites on the arse of society. .50cal

Yeah I know we need to pay our dues Ben, I'm not denying that, just frustrating. I'm slowly getting there. I'm not looking forward to the tax bill for the parts store that hasn't come yet. It's bloody hard to actually make something of a business when you need every cent you earn to make the business grow.
My previous accountant cost me around 15K in fines and payments to the ATO. This 5K is the backwash from the wrath that this last accountant caused. Hopefully its the last. I just want it to be over and move forward.
My new accountant is great. Apart from working out how much I need to pay to the ATO thanks to the other tool.
One thing I have learnt. NEVER trust an accountant. Now If I don't understand something, I ask, and want an answer. My old accountant was like, Don't worry, I'll handle it all for you. Stupid thing is I worked in the same company as this guy for ten years too. So I did know him.
At least your 5k is helping support those single mothers at Thomastown....

U bolts are less than two years old. I’m certainly not the harshest bloke with my forby, but we do go to out of the way places. If going off the beaten track I'd hate to be stuck just because I never had a spare.
Most 4x4 shops throw out old "U" bolts , check pic of my vice lol
Don't leave home without one eh.

Sorry about the bad photo, when I took it i thought it would show the issue better. Basically that strip I'm touching, is lifting up away from the windscreen about 2-3mm.
About a foot or so, from each side of the car. The rest of the strip in the middle of the car is fine, sitting flush on the windscreen and not lifting up.
Now I've never seen a windscreen fitted etc... So i don't know what it looks like or what it should look like, I'm just concerned water may have been getting inside.

I'm missing a chrome valve cap!!!!
Went did a recovery last night and 2 kids they were in broken fourby were lurking around my truck, one kid then comes up to me and asks if i wanna sell one of my valve caps to which i said no and go away. Well I checked them all before we left and i was missing one, the one where they were lurking earlier, when I confronted them they lied through their teeth. Late last night i get a message with a photo of my valve cap and a heap of others, seems Dad told Mum and she sorted it out, god help the little turds when I go collect it this morning, they were warned.

He might be well served by getting a totally independent mechanical opinion on the damage and cause from a different workshop. I imagine the mechanic who screwed up is going to do all he can to avoid coughing up for a new donk or a rebuild (like just blaming it on the ZD30).

Yeah all I said after dealing with these bozos was gee great I going to go and shoot myself obviously in a joke but this bloke at vcat is an anal butt head..
The police called me first and left a message asking me to call ASAP and that I was not in trouble they were just worried... When I called them back they said that the bloke said I was going to shoot everyone at vcat... I walked out the front and there were cops at either end of the street waiting to move in..
After only a minute of talking to the sergeant he called everyone off except for 2 officer's who after a short talk realised there time had been wasted.
I told them to speak to a snr Sargeant I am mates with and they said they did not have to as there are a few cops down at epping that know me and as the call went out over the station they said no way..
All a bit freaky! !!

Yeah, no way he'd shoot everyone......more like car bomb.......Hahahahahahaha.
(If anyone in law enforcement reads the above......it is a joke)
I all seriousness, I guess VCAT probably get all sorts of loonies threatening to go postal for real over shizzle like the next door neighbours fence. So they're just protecting their arses.
But that would have freaked me right out.....bizarre.
I had an episode years ago where some clown cut me off and pushed me into the 2 oncoming lanes of traffic on Punt Rd in peak hr while I was driving my Telstra van. When I got out and knocked on his window to express my displeasure at his attempt to kill me, the coward was cringing in his seat and wouldn't open his window to speak to me......so I yelled at him asking "Who was he trying to kill, him or me?" Well fark me if I didn't have the cops and work on my arse a day or two later for making threats to kill. Fortunately they believed my version of events but it pissed me off that the turd made that story up after nearly killing me. It was a lesson learned though, in watching what I say......even when I'm at my most "excited"......people can easily misunderstand and then you're potentially in a world of pain.
Glad to hear you had a good result mate.

I had a new windscreen fitted to the GUIV today and I can tell you that seal is pointless. It sits on the screen. If you remove the slotted panel between the bonnet and the screen that seal just screws down. The fitter today said that some guys remove it completely. The water off the screen is not channeled by that seal in any way.

If its gas ducted then turn it off at the plug for 10 minutes and turn back on. Google your system and search for the reset function, it will be a combination of switches on your remote. Good luck.

It's gas ducted, sitting under roof. No mains switch for the unit it's self, it's just a part of one of the house circuits, already tried turning everything off then on. No remote for it. It's just triggered by a thermostat upstairs.
I have to drop the temperature so thermostat triggers it off, then raise it so it triggers on again, in order to see if it will fire up. 9/10, it doesn't. I can hear the ignition pack running trying to light it, but no bingo.

Nic rang me last week. Friday I think it was. He was on the side of the freeway and said his car had lost all power and there was smoke and oil everywhere in the engine bay. Whilst on the phone he had a closer look and he saw the bottom drain hose on the catch can was missing. Hence all the oil he spotted blown all over the engine bay. But the car wouldn't run right and was making all sorts of noises. I had in the back of my mind the pin had dropped but didn't say much as I wasn't there and couldn't see myself on the situation and was hoping it wasn't what I had thought.
my last contact with Nic was it was going to his mechanic on Saturday morning and I haven't heard from him since. He didn't sound like chatting much via text so I left it at that. And I assume he is away still with friends....
I really hope it's not what it looks like but I have a mate who's 3ltr dropped it's pin only last Monday half way between Alice and Uluru. And his has the exact t same symptoms, oil everywhere and no power. Only his is costing 4k to tow it home.

Thanks Mark, damn I hope not, very very disappointing if it has done that. Sorry what do you mean by "dropped its pin" I assume blown up but not sure as I truly don't know these motors.
Would it be the engine or the turbo?

Dropped the pin, as in dropped the pin on the grenade... so I am only assuming this that it's melted at least two pistons like they usually do when this happens. 3 and 4 pots have a massive melt down. The oil everywhere I don't know for sure. But I think it's from the crank case over pressurising and the weakest point in the crankcase is the catch can. When Nic said he's missing the lower drain hose on the catch can, I immediately though of this but was really hoping it's not. I still am to tell you the truth.

G'day folks,
This should make you all angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Australian terrorist Khaled Sharrouf received disability support payments while in Syria battlefields
ONE of Australia’s most wanted terrorists continued to receive government benefits months after arriving in Syria. Khaled Sharrouf, who fled Australia for Syria using his brother’s passport, continued to receive the disability support pension of $766 a fortnight at least until February, about two months after he left Australia bound for Syria, The Weekend Australian reports.
That means Australian taxpayers may have been inadvertently funding his activities. Sharrouf served three years and nine months for his role in the Pendennis plot, a terrorist conspiracy in which 18 men were convicted over plans to attack targets in NSW and Victoria.
The terrorist left Australia from Sydney on December 6 and authorities learned of his fraud by *December 18 at the latest. Normally a disability support pension can be cancelled if the recipient is overseas for six weeks.
But currently the law does not allow authorities to cancel the payments of Australians suspected of involvement in criminal or extremist behaviour.
Human Services Minister Marise Payne would not comment on the Sharrouf case because of privacy reasons but told The Weekend Australian: “(But) recent events have highlighted the need for further measures to ensure Australians engaged in terrorist activities are not receiving payments”.
PS, We really are a joke to both our allies and especially our enemies!

Chew on the other side. Whys it 3k? Seems expensive.
It's like $1600 for the surgery of the titanium screw insertion and $1350 for the screw on crown.

Problem for the tooth implant overseas is the 3 month wait between the titanium screw insertion into the jaw as the bone has to fuse around the screw and the crown
So I would need to purchase two return flights, it wouldn't be worth it.
However if you were going to do the entire mouth, I would definitely consider it.
Also if my implant was one of the smaller teeth up front you could get away with a 3day turnaround from screw to tooth, as the pressure wouldn't be as exerting.
