I've had some major issues with my satphone and I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the satphone shop in mulgrave victoria for their help.
Although the issue was not their problem they went above and beyond to ensure my problem was fixed which is rare these days!
I now have a perfect working iridium phone with dock station after months of crap to be honest.

Heres me thinking when the injector pump failed to spend 5k getting a new one. So it would have been 5k i might as well blow at the pokies.

No pics. The crack is that fine my phone wouldnt have picked it up. Their plans were to have a play around with it to see what they could do, and to try and understand the whys and hows. As they know there is a sbit load of these motors around and they are missing out on growing the business more not playing with these motors.
If they get onto a good thing with these motors, news travels fast...

You had to double take when I passed you. But it does give off a big power cloud when you stomp it. It's going in to JPC's next week for another tune, maybe a few more ponies under the hood or something. It feels like it runs out of puff too quickly. Made me laugh this. My mates son who recently turned 18 arrives to show us his new second hand car. A Jeep. One of those two door jobbies you see that people fit big lifts and 37s too. This kids has no intentions of 4wding at all, he just loves these cars. So he turns up, I see its got 285 BFG AT's on some nice rims. A lift too, not massive though and a what it looks to be a custom from bar. Other than that it looks pretty stock. Oh and those extra wide plastic flares they put on them. His mother says "Yeah its even got a button that says compressor on it so you can blow up balloons if you want!" I looked at her a bit wierd, as you would as why would you want to blow up balloon from your car. I have a closer look and the Jeep has been fitted with a twin ARB compressor, air tank and front and rear air lockers!
This kid didn't even know what lockers were. He said he bought it off an old guy who never drove it and had it stored in his shed for a few years.
This thing is ready to rock and roll and the kid doesn't care. He just wants to drive around with the roof off.

im 5 days into no smokes(last one was around thursday at about 8pm haha), have been thinking about them most of the weekend, especially when i was tired or wanted a break from what ever i was doing, but so far i have managed to abstain from having one. a BIG motivating factor in keeping not smoking has been that i started PT sessions on Saturday (i have another one tonight) and realised how unfit i was and how hard the smokes make it... Tegan and I are doing the sessions together and when we were exercising on saturday, i was heaving for breath and she was barely puffed.
So yeah, no smokes and starting exercise bring it on!

Top stuff Nic. I have been on and off the durries for years. Id go off for months, then back on them for a while but only having maybe one a day.
A good mate of mine was a fairly heavy smoker.
He got onto the electronic smokes. And solely uses this and has done so for three months so far.
I use one too now and i find it better than a real smoke. Plus its cheaper too.
The setup kits cost me $39 and that was three weeks ago and still haven't bought some more vapour oil yet. Which is around $15...
Plus you can puff away and you dont smell like smoke and no smoke taste left in your mouth.
This method has worked better for me than going cold or anything else.
Good luck dude.

yeah mate been down the e-cig road, it didnt help lol, all i ended up doing was either breaking or losing it, so id go back to normal cigs till i got a replacement. ive spoken to my doc about it in the past too and because of my past heart troubles and medical situation i cant even take the drugs that help like champix. my skin and throat are to sensitive for the patches and gum lol so i just have to accept that unfortunately/fortunately cold turkey is the only way forward for me. i know i can do it, just need to keep reminding myself of being healthier and how much better my future will be with out them lol

Fark the valves adjusted have made a huge difference..
I pulled the pop top van 600k today from Yorke peninsula to mt gambier. Threw the Adelaide hills was a cruze in 5th at 100k/H.
A 50k head wind had me back in 4th from keith to home, but still at 90-100k.
And all for 85L..
It's most noticeable in the top end of the rpm range..

Really wasn't hard. Pretty sure we used a 1 5/8" socket on the crank shaft nut and started with 1 and worked threw.
But we found it much easier to do the valves that were on the rock.
So if say cylinder was on exhaust stroke do the intake.
Double checked it all after to ensure it was all correct, replaced the cover seal which was the reason for doing it and kicked it in the guts..
Omg so quiet..

Pretty much did the same. Only we did all one side. Set rocker, adjust and move onto the next one. Once all done rotate motor 180 degree and did the others.
I did cheat a little, my brother is a mechanic, well was now pushes buttons and answers phones.

When I did mine there was a big difference in the rev range form about 2700-4000. Alot smoother.
Down side was that I can now hear the exhaust leak.

Totally agree.. I think I most noticed it in the top end to.. a lot more pull towards the end of the pedal stroke than before..
And I also have an intake leak. Gasket has parted so that's the next thing..
And will do exhaust at the same time..
