Apparently there are certain elements in rock salt that are not present in sea salt. If I miss out on rock salt for a week or two the cramps slowly return. You don`t need a lot just a couple of twists on the grinder and with in a couple of weeks you notice that the cramps are disappearing.

Ordered a 4 metre skip to do a back yard clean up. Had a bit of soil and around half a metre of left over crushed rock to get rid of. The bin turns up on Saturday morning, I'm thinking, shit I won't fill this, so I'm looking at ripping out some small trees and shrubs aswell to fill the bin. Well, we managed to nearly fill the bin just with soil and crushed rock! All this was done by me and a missus with two shovels and one wheel barrow. I then went and got half a meter of lawn soil and spread that out after I had finished the clean up. I now do not care if I never see a shovel and barrow ever again!

Need to research it and find out what all the symbols mean.

Great little gadget for the money.
Played around with mine while in the Flinders camping recently, bottom left number scrolls through a few parameters giving daily totals and maximums.
Appeals to the Mr Gadget in me LOL.
Moving the panel showed improvements or losses in performance, so it was easier to keep the panels "on the bubble".
Have fun!
Also we ran a 40litre Engel as a freezer, another as a fridge and heated up some pies in the Buddy, at the end of the day the batteries were sitting on 12.8volt no load.
That's using a 120watt panel, very happy with the performance of the whole set up.

I can see myself re aligning my panel to get optimal performance now.
As I use led lighting at night I could probably downsize my panel. lol
As there is no way I can flatten a 100 ah battery running 2 x led flood lights.
Maybe think of more 12 v gear to take

Not today but last week on Fraser , we were heading to Indian head for a fish , high tide in the soft sand , taking it easy doing about 20 kph when we got abused and hand gesture buy a group of young blokes in a 80 series driving like dickheads , they got about a 100m in front stopped in a cloud of steam , then they waved us down for help ! Had great delight in driving past and pissing our selves laughing , karmas a bitch !
