yeah when i was working in the bakery used to start at 3am load the oven at 3:15 go and sleep till 4am reload at 4:15 sleep till 5am then work till 7 then go on smoko till 9 work till 10 clean up and go on smoko till 11:30 and go home hows that 4 slack

didnt want to work the night shift any more plus i got diabeties and i was finding it too hard to control my sugar levels with irregularity of sleeping hours so i got out while i still could plus the donuts kept telling me it was ok to eat them not good i made the right choice

one of the bakeries i worked in i used to start at 3pm tilll 3am then i would deliver from 4am till 9am then used to take 45min to an hour to get home sleep till 1:30 and back again for 3pm that was 7 days a week with 2 days off a year christmas and good friday

Ummm, yes, no and no. Going back to standard radiator, water pump etc. Started wonderdrug 2 days ago, so it will help with the mumbling.

I did try em 12 months ago, and got down to 6 a day. Cravings aren't there and when u do light up it made me feel like spewing. I've looked up a guy in morwell who'll do it roofy.

Go for it Kat, It's worth all the denied cravings. No bull it's hard I know but if you can handle being on that rig with sooky lala blokes for two weeks without fags you can learn to hate the taste and smell of cigarettes. Do you like your food? Well wait till you haven't smoked for three months and your taste buds all come back to life. The sensation of tastes you were missing are like unbelievable right Now.

I have faith in Kat giving up the nicotine habit forever from Friday 8 April 2011. And she will not dissapoint herself!

you should be right with the drugs Kat, I know people that tried hypno and just didn't work, they then went on the drugs and still not smoking a year later

I tried patches no go wife tried pills no go both went hypno first 1 only worked for wifey for 3mths tried a different hypno been 3yrs me woke up with a sore B@m hahahahhahaha but 5yrs on no smokes 1 hypno session
