At a guess accommodation like this in palm cove or pt Douglas would be min $300 per night and here around $70 ya can't go wrong! Anyone wants a fully chilled o/s holiday I can't recommend Koh Samui enough!

Also have travelled to heaps of other areas of Thailand so if anyone wants recommendations or ideas yell out. I'm no expert but know excellent tour guides and company's who we visit when we come over and are now very close friends with

Yep couldn't agree more.... Just be sure to give Katrol & real good going over with the washer (& I mean real good) then when your done & she's all dry underneath, give her a real good dose of WD40 (or better) around the rubber bushes & the likes to keep it all nice.

Beaches are a fun place to play but salt & sand is not so good left unattended.
