I wouldn't say it's a general rule but the Nissan rubber bushes are pretty good. Most other suspension components have aftermarket upgraded parts which are better.

Just remembered i got a rear tube bar down the side of the shed with swing away tyre carrier that come off me old hilux!!! Cant wait to get home and see if theres any chance of modifying it to fit. Am definately gunna do the rear 1/4 chop after finding that DIY link yesterday. Cant believe i forgot about that bar sitting there trip over the bloody thing every time i venture down the dark side of the shed

I'm 181cm in new money round bout 6' old school and after put 4" lift and 33's on agatha i bought a 4 tread step ladder so i can get to bits n bobs in the centre of the engine bay. Good for reachin the middle of the roof to wash mud off as well not that Katrol would ever be so violated hahahaha

I got one of those steps you hang off the wheel. Thay are height adjustable & work a treat. Thay hold me up so there bloody strong too...pml

You don't have to use the factory coolant. Any anti freeze anti boil will do the job as thay have corrosion inhibitors in them or just a corrosion inhibitor based coolant will be fine. Most all work in both petrol & diesel engines but always read the directions on the bottle to be sure.

As Bob said go an ask at a parts store but keep in mind the Manuals are based on what was around 20+ years ago & there are other products out there now that will do the same job if not better that don't contain ethylene glycol in them.
