We have occasional bad winters, but I have never been unable to get out and about with my camera. Even though I was in an old 4 Runner for the last few years. See how the Patrol gets on, should be fine with the diff locks as standard over here.

Mate we are great friends but I haven`t gotten into the kick azz stuff yet .
We have the odd pizz up and share our brews around as he does a good beer as well, come to think of it he does great smoked wings and fish and other bbq goodies. I will be doing the KA stuff as soon as I can get it set up.

While quietly having a beer and tapping out crap I saw an old Italian butcher cocking a large piece of pork on a spit and basted it with Lemon and salt. He is a 3rd or 4th generation butcher and owns a shop in the Adelaide markets.When finished it looked dribbling good.

A job for the future for me. I visited a mate in town the other day, and he showed off his new camp fridge slide, which has a lift function on it. I want one.

We don`t do the mileage over that you guys do, nor do we have the terrain and we are never more than an hour or two from civilisation, so whilst I admire the drawer systems you guys have over there, they would be overkill for me.

I just made them up to be level with the back seats dropped so I can sleep in there on occasion.

My kids are too tall to sit in the back seat comfortably, so I have to keep the third row seats. That has put a restriction on what I can do. But it still doesn't stop me from dreaming. I've told the missus that we're getting a ute, once the kids have left home.

No bloody off switch so it nearly got smashed but the 3yr old loves it so its under the couch cushions with a bean bag on top to muffle the bastard of a thing. Consequently I couldn't get back to sleep.......

I plan on going to the beach for a week or so, then have to interupt my visit, by seeing the dentist for a root canal treatment, then back to the beach to recover. lol

Nothing major. Might be another catch and release trip.

I'm busting my ass saving for a wedding in wagga in 2 weeks, and before then the ford needs new diff seals and breaks..
Then off to barossa valley for easter.. but need to install dual battery, pay off layby for mansion tent and new 55l waeco before then.
Throw in my wife's b day next week, my oldest daughters end of Feb, Soundwave in Adelaide in early march followed by my b day.... :o I got a very hectic and expensive 3 months... Lol..

I am laying here feeling sorry for myself..... Had 4 wisdom teeth pulled out today :(

Not cool about the teeth. Know how you feel though. Had my 4 pulled at 16 due to an overcrowded jaw.. the apprentice must have stitched me up as 8 of the 16 poped open the next day..
They went to re stitch it but he had made a dogs breakfast from it and I had gauze pads filling my mouth for the next 3 days...

Sure was... Minced meals for month.. needless to say I got a lot of free dental after that stuff up...
