Swift Craft were always a brilliant boat, go anywhere and pretty comfy. The new "tinnies", like the Bar Crusher, are bloody nice boats too.

I've done my time out in the deep blue, still enjoy it, but prefer a quieter life now hitting the rivers and estuaries chasing whatever is lurking there. So a small, easy to handle solo boat will do me now and when I get the urge to go out into the deep I'll jump on a charter.

You get wet tho !! Haha. This sea runner isn't too bad but the Dominators are a bit harsh. A mate of the mrs dad has a Bar Crusher, on anchor its fairly stable coz they take on water in a cavity on the bottom of the hull but they bounce HARD, look at the Mego's pic the motor is trimmed down and its bouncing lol this bloke takes it in estuaries and in the bay coz its ally so hes not really worried about hidden wood below!
Heres a guy i know, when i say NUTS i mean it lolImageUploadedByTapatalk 21359885511.679308.jpg

    Nuts indeed!!

Softest riding boats I ever had we're Webster Twinfishers, single engine aluminum cats. First one I set up for deep sea bottom bashing and game fishing. Second was a centre console mainly for inshore bottom bashing and trolling, also worked well around impoundments and rivers.

Nice!! but your talking twin hull with those extra weight, you can tow the Barcrusher with a bomodore. But even this runabout was a bit bouncy until the floor and hull was strengthened and the bigger motor added around 300kg's to it which made it ride a hell of a lot better. Its set up for mainly snapper and whiting but i have a d sea anchor (i think thats what there called) it like a parachute with a hole in the middle with another little parachute any way i use it to slow the boat down when i'm drifting using soft plastics.

Champ this all custom made by my mrs dad but he had an accident while working on the boat trailer and is now a quadriplegic. There is no other like it and to say the last it has seen in excess 30knot winds while he was able.
