If the reflector does not contribute to the light, why use 7" britax headlights which are expensive. I would much prefer the cheaper headlights with metal casing and a glass lens. Polycarbonate oxidises with time. I know they wont crack, but in the years of my off road I have yet to crack a glass lens.
