Does the account take manual bank transfers. I have been caught out before. And which bank is it, to avoid transfer fees?

Don't know what a manual bank transfer is so can't help you on that, bank is Commonwealth Bank of Australia

Manual bank transfer is when the teller does it. It was for something forum-related when I went into the bank and the teller told me I had to go home and transfer the money online. WTF! I may as well just post the dough direct to Andy, as I do for the sponsorship.

Any bank should be able to transfer funds for you.
I would go to a CBA branch to avoid a $5 transfer fee
