    Great to see you again Nic and big thanks for giving me a hand.

    Your rig looks fantastic, never seen such a shiny Patrol ;-), let's change that soon. Your new motor looks the goods and drives really nice, and with NADS on it from the start should see you through many years of happy Patrolling.

    so ive been driving the car fro about a week now, EGT Temps have been getting up to about 550degC, isnt that abit hot? also, Rod, mentioned that the reading may even be abit low as the sensor is tapped into the pipe near the first bend...
    I got red dust in my veins.

    Is that just normal city driving or going up hills where you need to give it a bit?? might need a motor rebuild hhahahaahahaha!!
    550 is getting up there for a Di especially with blocked EGR and all the Nads

    nah thats driving up steep hills around my area on the highway at 100kph. hills that you def need to give it abit. it usually sits around 300degrees

    edit: and FYI, 550 is the highest ive seen it get too
