ECU Post Refresh arrived back home today from ECPT. Put it in veh this arvo (08 CRD full NADS/3.1 Tonne not camped up) set max B to 21psi adjusting needle on the fly getting 6-7 psi drop @ 2500 RPM / 100ks cruise, good run so far thru varied drive states over an approx 100km run (good egts, good spool rate and pwr response). Very pleased so far more fine tuning to happen. John
2008 GU WAG ST Manual CRD - To do the job
Installed a higher performance fan than arrived home with after the trip into Burgoynes Gap crossing the McAlister River. The new one is an 8 blade genuine Toyota 3F motor fan, to replace the 7 blade after market Toyota 1HZ fan. 3F unit feels heavier and tougher.DSC01864.JPG

Finished the pre straDSC01865.JPGDSC01866.JPGiner for the fuel tanks to take out the scale and rusty bits before they hit the booster pump and its pre filter. The strainer has a 100 micron filter screen, its a Scintex unit, cost $89 off ebay. Its fitted with a 12V heater band, 100w, for use one our snow trips only to stop the wax congealing, - yes even the fuel conditioner didn't help this last time. It mounts up under the floorpan between the two fuel tanks.
