Talking about sausages ........

Picked up this thing a few years ago. Replaces one grill section of your BBQ. Battery or 240v motor plugs in and slowly turns rollers. Bit of spray oil on the rollers & then rotates your snags while they cook. One of the best things I've ever bought.

If you know where I can get one post it here. I used one once at a school fund raiser sausage sizzle. Absolutly terrific for that sort of function as everyone gets the same cooked saus and none get forgotten at the back of the plate or soaked in fat at the low end of the plate.

Ive seen sausage cooked in coils held together with long wooden skewers.
They look ideal for just that,

I bought it on-line a few years ago. It's made by "Gasmate". Try their website. Not sure if it's still in production. Barbecues Galore also sell a "manually" operated stainless steel roller rack for cooking snags.
