Rolled out all the winch rope to dry it out and have a look. Inspected all the winch connections, etc...
Dried out all the awning from the wet camping weekend before. Found out one of the horizontal poles isn't sticking when twisted. Maybe wet? Don't know.

I wouldnt go the CC intercooler on the ZD30 as I just dont think the gains per $$$$ are there.
My EGTs are great just using a diesel smart tigged intercooler, but you will need a new IC

Fitted this water temp sender adaptor.
Only needed to cut 25mm out of the top hose.
Also used a 12mm to 4mm terminal cover to
neaten it up a bit as well

Have the same issue with one of mine, doesn't stick where it needs to but does in other parts of the tube. I'm thinking that the inside diameter of the tube has increased slightly, so not sure hoe to fix it

I have that issue with the other tubes. Annoying! But this bastard today won't lock anywhere. ..

I'll give it a shot . Might still be very wet on the inside. Hence not griping. Awning endured a ton of rain 2 weekends ago.
I know I can just walk in and get replacement poles no question asked anyway so not really bothered too much just annoying.

I reckon its just wet inside the pole. Mine did the same. Either that or when you tighten it up you do it too tight and its stretched the inside of the pole just enough for it not to catch.
