New user tagging

I am only getting notifications if I am quoted or mentioned and only for the affected post.

I note also that the full list of tagged or mentioned members is appearing in the header below the buttons. A little odd? Not sure we need that? Certainly don't need it at the top

Todd did that though.
I got one original notification to say that I was tagged in a thread and nothing since then.
