That little slop sounds like a lot when it's clunking..

Holes only slightly flogged. I just went and got new bolts, plus longer bolts too with washers so i can weld on washers if i get my rrs into gear.

Not quite everything. But i trying my hardest...

I found the sway bar bolts are flogged out. They are only 6 months old too.
So i got new bolts for this, plus 14mm bolts too so i can drill out the sway bar end to fit the larger bolt, and not use those metal sleeves in the rose joint.
I pull the bolts up tight and noise is still there.
Wondering if the mushroom bushes on the radius arms are flogged. They're not old too though.
Some Superior arms would do away with the sh!t idea of the mushroom bushes.
Gotta work out how to remove the steering coupling to see what condition its in...

My front sway bars bolts were all loose after this trip mark and they are all brand new with captive nuts. .. the rear as you know i snapped a bolt on the sway bar link on those switch backs...

Does it clunk coming up your driveway?

Yeah it clunks over those stupid speed humps in my street too. Unless you go really slow. I went to AB bolts in Thomo and got torn a new one for a bunch of new bolt for the sway bars and radius arms. Why I keep going back there is beyond me. Oh wait. They are the only people local who sells bolts. And they know it.
Anyhoo. I have also managed to bend the new 24mm front heavy duty sway bar too. Awesome... More shit I didn't need. So the left side sway bar link doesn't sit straight now. When the fund get back up, I think a superior sway bar is in order. Theirs don't have that stupid loop that hangs down and gets caught on everything.
Living the dream at the moment. Fix one thing, f**k another....

Don't know, but do know they are not cheap. Can be a huge shock when they add them up.

If you said $ 150 plus I wouldn't be at all surprised, even over $200
