    Nipped up the
    passenger side
    wheel bearings
    yet again. The
    roads are all
    flogged out
    by trucks so
    the left hand
    side takes a real
    hammering. It
    seems I have to
    adjust the bearings
    every couple of
    months.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Just take the bearings out mate. Then you don't have to keep adjusting them.

Buy the GU hub nut upgrade kit for under $100 and you will never have to tighten them again.

    The bearings will still wear
out as the roads are really
    crap around here.
    Anyway, I bought the socket
when I bought the Old Trol,
so being a fish bum I really
    don't want buy another tool
to do the same job. I do
wish I had of known about
    the upgrade, though.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Service the Patrol, installed a new catch can, then built an extender for BPV bracket. Just waiting for the new intercooler to replave the old leaky one.

Two front ones in the left chassis rail, hold the bash guard in place. They have been sheared by a previous owner. Ive drilled them and tried extractors to no avail. Might just finish drilling out and retap the thread.
