That's awesome Kallen, well done mate.
That's the sort of thing that I wanted but Amy refuses to sleep in those suspended beds.
Haha, thats my mates rig. That snorkle is a Millweld one, but looks very similar to the Radius one. Yes I will need to cut an elongated hole as the snorkles are recessed. A 4" snorkle that sits completely outside the guard is very vey wide.
The Radius one will also cover up the holes from my standard Nissan snorkle (except for one bolt hole underneath which will require a plug) whereas some other the other designs don't quite do this. If I had no existing snorkle I may have gone a different way?

Have seen quite a few of those in the outback. Always the older ones like yours. Over the years the owners have modded them (think strenthening, silicon & dustproofing) & those still getting around have reached a stage of being well suited, lightweight & virtually unbreakable.

Yea first point of call is brake upgrade and electric brake setup, coupled with an extended draw bar, front tool box for annex, poles, Porta loo etc and a poly block (or ad I call it a treg) hitch.
I'll also start the installation of drop legs on all 4 corners to suit the lift. Atm it's all bit wobble when setup due to everything being close to max down as its been lifted 4 inches
