Down in Victoria we dont have annual checks, but police have roadside
RWC and RBT stations for major weekend holidays, and sometimes just random checks.
It pays to keep your Patrol looking clean and not cop bait as we call it
04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there

i have done some research about this engine and all i can find is issues about overheating and blowing cylinder heads. i have also seen the turbo conversion from original to Garret TB2527. i think i will mount new original, so at least i can get these small 115 hp back at least :P.
    Kind Regards

    same as the TD42

    I found with mine
    new fan
    new clutch fan hub
    new water pump
    Nissan Coolant
    new thermostat - 85* opening
and a full flush and "rod" of the core

thats stopped mine from over heating - so far..............
