Hi. The assembly of the car has just started. Do not look at the bushings and "suspension" i've mounted. I have not bought any lift kit to yet so its in with the old while i am fixing other parts to assemble: fuel tank, brake and fuel lines, engine & gearbox
    Kind Regards

i hope the result will be good

i found something strange today; i dissembled the turbo and both manifolds from the engine cause the turbo had an massive oil leakage (known problem to Garret T25 i think) and when i tried to spin the "fan" around and i couldn't without using my screwdriver hard! shouldn't it be easy to turn the fan around just with the fingers?
    Kind Regards

Does it actually need a certificate? Because a 50mm lift is quite common over here, there are lots of options!!

Yes it does. Cause if not i cant get the car thru the annual car safety control witch is standard procedure for every registered car in norway. Doesent you guys need to show your cars to the trafic controllers every 2 years?

so long as the lift kit does not exceed 50mm or 2 inches, they pass our road worthies just fine.

All depends on which state, here in WA we're not required to have any yearly inspections.
