Did you get the kit from patrolapart or put the parts together yourself?

I've had the same with my local repco, I take the old part with me when I go in to get the supposedly right part swapped to the actual right part. They generally look at you with a confused, stunned mullet look. Eeeeeeerrrrr but the pooootah says it's the right one. Not a chance in hell mate.

    Big ass air box

Been keepin all my fuel economy/power figures with every modification I am doing and its starting to show. all good but looking forward to installing a new patroldocta stainless steel air box for the Gu. Just started using vortex diesel - not convinced it will up the economy but will be doing the economy figures over a few tankloads as with the new airbox mod.image.jpg

Took the old one when we went back but no joy - they nothing like it stock OR that they could order. The advice was "sorry but think you'll have to go genuine on this one"

You should start a thread and post your findings for different mods
