Thats garden edging flairs on a gardeners car lol. Standard wheels are +10* offset so from that to -13* you'll stay within the guards. -13 is a good offset too coz it doesn't put too much pressure on the wheel bearings unlike -22 and -44

I liked those round hole wheels you posted up before mate but i know the pro comp make a round hole rim and i think king do aswell. I was think thinking bout going to a round hole rim aswell for the road lol

Smart ass.... thats out the front of Georges workshop and is private land.. they squeeze more cars than there are parking spaces out the front, now get on with your little trip and leave us good hard working folk alone.

Andrew the one thing I like about having a wider offset for 4wding is yes it looks more aggressive but also it feels more planted on funny angles... this may be all in me head but I do feel more confident with them on for 4wding.

Yeah I read something about how widening the wheel track compensates for any raise in the vehicles centre of gravity. Just trying to work out what will fit.
IMO and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Can you get a 8" rim these days in a -44? I thought if you wanted -44 you had to go to a 10" rim.

No idea, possibly. I'd love a 10 inch rim with tyres to suit, but I gotta keep this thing legal.
What does everyone think of these bad boys?
    Black

    Or polished
    http://www.alliedwheels.com.au/colle...-full-polished

Would polished look too ridiculous on a gq? Too much bling? The rims look good and have a 1250kg load rating.

Looks pretty good on the GQ.

I rekon they look good polished but i don't like black rims, even tho i've got some lol! Its really what you like at the end of the day. If i was you i would go to a 16" rim, i'm pretty sure your allowed 1" tall and 1" wider over standard. 16x8 is the factory size for gu's aswell so you have a large variety of tyres too!
