Thanks a lot for the feedback guys. Will go suss it out after I get the barrier.
Main reason is temperature inside at the moment. With our 8 month old in the back seat, and temperatures slowly rising here, I want to have more control over the seated area temperature. I don't have a fridge or anything important in the back right now and won't have for a while, so the cargo area is of no concern for me at this stage. So these covers will help cool down the main area quicker, even though it's not fully sealed around. Hope that made sense.

You can also put "Limo" tint on the cargo area windows. or ready made silver reflective material cut to shape
Even that perforated advertising pvc you see on buses works well. All combine to keep the Patrol cooler,
and fridge working efficiently

If that is the case just buy some like I did and zippy it on and you can leave some excess hanging off the side to fill in some of the gaps between the barrier I think it only cost like 20-30$ when I did it
If you ger a thicker one it may not curl on the edges and hold its shape more but you will have some less visibility

Wish I had the problem over here, currently minus 2.
It is now official, we are not quite so sh@t at cricket as we were! Rugby Union is a different matter.
Been searching and calling places around for the air curtains, but to no avail. Looks like this one will be a custom job. Bunnings sell transparent foldable PVC, so I will go and have a browse and see what I can come up with.
