    I used Team Viewer to support my Customers which is just like being in front of their Computer.

    It is free for personal use

    If Lucas is happy to let Rusty Nail access to his Computer he could do a full restore for Lucas

    Needs to be installed on both Computers

    Just realised that it might not work for a reinstall of a Operating System as teamviewer would be uninstalled in the process
