Saw the Doc again the other day,and he's taken me off one tablet completely.
I believe that now, I have to crank up the exercise.
I have athletes legs and arms, but still a middle aged man's overhang around the guts and love handles. lol
If I'm gunna have any more Aussie Rules bets or be a candidate to do shampoo adds on TV, I need to lose my guts and love handles. lol

Going well mate!! Good gear - I have had a good loss, but have stabilized a bit after going mental in the first two weeks, so may have to increase the exercise now to keep it going ... arrrrggghhhhh ... lol
