well im not limping any more and i had a short run this morning and was all good its only when someone stands on it or if i knock it it actually hurts now so its on the mend

All my holes in various pieces of paper were in about the right spots today at the range, look out any piggies that are silly enough to stick their heads up in a couple of weeks :-) I say this because last year when we went out 'round St George we were flat out seeing cows over the grass, let alone oinkers :-)
