I purchased 1993 wgy60 4 litre petrol /gas patrol early this year one owner had new cylinder head about 18 mths ago. not happy still losing 300 to 400 ML of water local or freeway run rough idle on start up 10 to 20 seconds . no oil in radiator no water in oil.
As far as my mechanic is concerned every nissan has a cracked head.
I this needs a new cylinder head Question is?
Fit reconditioned.. New. or is there alternative some nissan web sites indicate possibility of cast iron head being available.
interested in best possible source quality wise for any of above options.
If youve had the head done mate then the next thing is to check the head gasket, you need to get a top quality gasket as the cheaper and mono torque ones seem to have weeping problems, hopefully that's all it is
