Question RD-28 Glowie system tests like a Mess!

    Aye Aye Forum,

been remotely diagnosing a RD28 GQ showing a flashing glow light and no-start condition, ended up isolating all the high current leads and got weird test results via continuity,
hoping to check the russian manual posted in the archive but apparently need to make a proper post before i can see it.
so i might as well tell the story and see if anyone's got extra insight into it before i commit to making that whole system obsolete, swapping in TD42 glowies and a manual button system!

~Fat Red Wire on Big relay: cont to Only the Three Rail
~Fat Black Wire on Big Relay: cont to Both battery terminals
~White Wire with Red Trace on Big Relay: cont only to B+
Part Number for Big Relay: MR8T-861 12V

~White wire with Red Trace on Small Relay: cont only to B+
~White Wire with No trace on Small Relay: cont to B+ and Six Rail termination
Part number for Small Relay: VR831-31 12V

heavy implication that there's a loom short / fault somewhere that would be an utter Shit to find and repair, but wanted to double check with an RD28 specific wiring diagram before commiting to that diagnosis.
if anyone's run into this specific issue before, or can give a good explanation as to why an isolated high current lead could be bridging between the Glow rail side and B+ while disconnected from both the Rail and the Relay, I'm all ears!
