G'day from Spain! New member checking in with my '98 Y61 Patrol

    G'day everyone,

Ernest here, checking in from Spain! I've recently joined the forum and thought I'd introduce myself and my rig.

    I've got a '98 Y61 Patrol RD28Ti, and it's had a few upgrades along the way:

    Snorkel

    Custom roof rack (DIY job!)

    Roof top tent

Suspension lift running OME NitroCharger Sport shocks

Front springs are actually rear springs from a 105 Series LandCruiser (yeah, you read that right!)

Rear springs are still original, just running +6cm spacers for now – keen to see how they handle for comfort and flex.

Internal drawer system with a fridge, powered by a second battery setup just for the fridge and accessories.

Rolling on 33s (255/80/R17 Cooper ST MAXX)

Wheels are 17x8 with an ET-25 offset.

Looking forward to getting amongst it and learning heaps from you legends. Cheers!

Welcome to the forum. Enjoy your Patrol. There a are a couple of things to keep an eye on with the RD28, but they are a great little engine.

My advice is: not to follow my advice.
