Zd30 belt tensioner torque value..

The Link is along the lines of
"Bracket to timing cover bolt - 25 - 28Nm
Pivot bolt - 68 - 77Nm

Do not over tighten!!!"

So that dude is saying 68-77NM for the pivot bolt. The pivot "sleeve" is attached directly to the Assembly which is kind of the opposite to the post in this forum.
