This is so frustrating I am sure. I hope the sun start shining and water stops flowing for you guys, long time in the making, and a celebration of a great group. Wish I was coming , really do, just wasnt going to happen, and looks like my month on July planned in Melb is now a return to site to cover for a guy who has gone AWOL. What an organisers nightmare, so much effort and lots of expectations and plans hanging. Hope the sun comes out for this and everyone gets what they hoped fo. I would think the Birdsville track will be cactus by the time this is all over and done.

Looks like the Oodnadatta Track is open now which is good as that's our planned route. Few more days here in Flinders then keep on travelling north. . Also looks like rain is downgraded a little for the end of week but still a little way off, keeping those fingers crossed.
