We're well into prepping meals too. Will be cooking over the next few weeks a few meals to freeze..
A few meals attached..
Fridge surround just about done, going all out and putting in a shelf for a window box. This will house extinguisher, recovery gear, puncher kit and tools, etc.
Free up a draw, and roof rack space..
Was checking the underground apartment email.
Make sure you check in before you leave so they can email us the room packs etc just incase there is no service..
As for cryovac meals yea we generally don't add pasta, however absolutely cook in the sauce on the night. Just add more water for the re heat.
And yea 100% with stropp, any veg (unless it's hard like fresh potato or carrots) add uncooked or it'll turn to mush..
If doing soups or liquids semi feeze first till it crystallises then put into bag and cyro.
Or find a container that's close to bag size and freeze then cryo..
