    Gr Y61 Td42t RE4R03A

    Hi have a problem with mt Gr Y61 auto transmission not shifting beyond 3rd gear have done a complete overhaul , need I particular part that I am unable to source can someone help me with this . The part is a Terminal Assembly part number :- 31943-51X20 or 31943-51x68.

    The part seems to be manufacture discontinued. You can try with Australian vendor called Patrolapart. They dismantle old Patrols for parts and could possibly have a faulty transmission where they could take that part for you. If the transmission is good though, I'd think they would not sell parts but the whole unit instead.

    I have a RE4R03A wiring harness from a Y61 TB45E but it’s a complete harness including the inhibitor switch and the TCU connection plugs that go into the engine bay.
    There is no plug to separate just the valve body connections.

    I’m guessing it’s the temperature sensor that you need. That stops shifting into overdrive (4th) when trans is too cold.

    I see in your pic that you’re also missing the temperature switch that lights up the warning light on the dash when fluid gets to 140°C.
