Thought about a cheap diesel heater? Someone I know uses one in a rooftop tent and it makes for a much happier missus. Also adds a 'T' sometimes to put a second hose into a swag. Just pokes the hose through an almost closed opening. Nice and warm and it also stops the condensation. Draws about 10A on startup (glow plug) then less than 1A running.

Yeah briefly looked into it, but it's another thing to bring. Wife's happy at the moment.
