What are these plastic clips called and where to buy?

I am looking for these floor plastic pieces that hold the plastic door sill trim down. The screws fasten the door plastic trim down, need enough for a GQ LWB. Also, looking for some of the cable clips that hold the wires and clip into the body work - mostly behind the dash and also on chassis rails.

Any help appreciated.
