Hi guys, just forward planning here. I'm bringing chooks and potato's for the spit. Are other people bringing bread or salad or anything to go with it? How many people are coming? I can't see the tally sorry so if someone could let me know roughly I'm cooking for it would be much appreciated.

I'm also bringing a trailer. Don't have enough room for the dog, the spit and our gear. Going to pack the motorbike just because I can fit it also.

So only 14 adults and approx 10 kids have put their names down.

This is why we why do polls folks so we can see who is coming so we can organise things.

Is that it?

Mb and Dazz are not coming on this trip???

Lets add chiro and Porkbong and fam so 18 adults and 14 kids to this list.

Nicco, I'll make a big dish of the best tabbouleh anyone has had in their lives to suit these numbers. Can anyone do a potato salad or greek salad, I'm shit at those salads lol. Happy to pay for ingredients just let me know what to bring otherwise if I make it, it won't be that good but I promise my tabbouleh is delish!

I’m just trying to help Nicco with people coming for his meat distribution and others for salads etc based on the poll above on who is coming and family members that’s all.

A lot of people are coming who haven’t put their numbers down above and it becomes difficult that’s all, I’ve been asked by Licola numerous times too for deposit based on numbers.

I know I sound like a grinch but it’s bloody hard to try and book out 6 x 3 to 4 bedroom cabins when the poll showed 8 people coming back then lol

23 adults 19 kids Nicco.
