Had the pleasure of driving a near new peddle less cruise control / air suspension seat / speed limited legal little truck for a couple of thousand clicks this long weekend.
Completely understand now why interstate truck drivers are seriously disenchanted with cars whilst they’re working under power limitations when safely need more grunt at times
Absolutely impossible to get past a fluctuating speed Muppet even down hill or overtaking lanes uphill with such hindrance’s built in to modern trucks
I get that it may have been brought in for wild speed demons of old but it appears to have gone too far techy dangerous in the wrong direction now IMHO.
Understandably manufacturers won’t turn back now on ADR import requirements, maybe it’s time to educate all other road users of common courtesy/conscious road use

After someone asking for advice on a fb y62 page and my advice was rated recovery points as.most of other things had been covered was told that you can use the tie down point as it's welded on and ya have to rip the front end off before it bent they even stated that after market recovery points have been known to bend....

Daughter went back to work for a government agency 2 days a week from home. They supplied a brand new latest generation desktop, desk, chair and light. This was before the election. Has not worked a minute since it arrived 3 weeks ago. Today, a courier turned up at her place with replacement hardware, but this time a top end laptop only. She signed for the parcel and opened it up to see what was in there. Astounded, she rang her employer to find out what was going on - the answer will astound you - Its a change of government, here is the new hardware from their budget to the agency - what do I do with the other computer - keep it, its from the 'old' government - like who do these clowns think funds the 'old and new governments' - what a total waste of our money, and not a thought of conscience enters into these numpty's heads.

Stress Less Philstar, we’ll all get FREE roof insulation again soon (if wanted) and the old stuff will be dumped by OVERNIGHT newly formed rich contractors throughout our beautiful bush evading tip fees.

Imagine if it were a business takeover, buy out, whatever the flash aquasquishin terminology we’d prefer. The dominant party would be farkin idiots to not assess what was pre/prior spent/invested on and where not to waste
Shows us truly they’re all completely out of touch with reality after being institutionalised with cotton wool paycheques since university for the majority
