They have been doing this, and a lot more, to trucks for years. Just compare the number of times caravans are pulled over compared to heavy vehicles. I see this move as long overdue and obviously needed when you look at the number of caravans losing control. There are a lot out there, some with with huge rigs, little or no towing knowledge or experience, and now idea on what the various weight limits are even if they know that such limits exist.
