True - but I thought the plasma is supposed to be a "better" cut??

guess it all depends on how sturdy your hand is................ I've used a plasma a couple of times but have to say find the grinder easier but only coz I'm not used to the plasma....................... a nice think straight edge would probably be the go

I don't think so...... when are you cutting?
If tomorrow they wouldn't get it in, but if they have some notice they will go and get for you.

Thanks mate - not cutting till Saturday, the new rear tail lights go in tomorrow and I'm picking up the pipe bender and some pipe to practice on (I'll need it!! LOL). Just the cut and bottom pieces being done on the weekend and have a mate who's a boiler maker by trade who's going to do the weld up to keep it as neat as possible ... prime and paint next week, and hopefully I'll have the barwork done before the cruiser trip.

i did and the man was sposed to ring me back and he never did but by what he did say was the exhaust is different and the sump may need to be modifyed but the rest should be ok but he is going to double check with his mecanic guy that handles all his mods and gt back to me thats the best i can offer for now will talk to him tomorrow hopfully
