Damn GU wobbles, work done so far:
Wheel bearings, tie rod ends, panhard rod bushes , swivel hubs rebuilt, steering dampner,shims removed, tyres and rims changed 2 wheel alignments, 3 balances, steering box adjusted, still no joy. Might be time to say goodbye and buy a ranger.

You’ve certainly well done everything I nuffy could imagine would cause except missing drag link but cannot imagine that’d do any more.
There’s definitely no chance SteveO Legend has accidentally bumped a tree out on the block, chassis is 100% in alignment ?

Crikies Kat, bloody frustrating, surely can't be that bad to downgrade to a ranger. . Did you do drag link ends too that was my culprit little while back. . Looks like pretty much front end will be new now damit or good whichever way you look at it. .

I was told years ago that in Patrols the castor alignment is critical. If you get it wrong the front end will shake (think of a shopping trolley with a dodgey front wheel). He also said that some alignment shops do it better than others, depending on the equipment they use and their expertise. He said if all else fails take it to a truck / heavy vehicle alignment shop.
