Licola Snow trip 2021

I know sweet eff all about Licola.
* Are there shops/supermarkets or do I need to bring tucker supplies?
* Is there a bottle shop?
* $$ How much is it to stay?
* Can i buy chains, or hire, or are they needed?
* Do i need a minus 10,000deg C sleeping bag?

There is a very very small store for milk/bread etc and they do sell grog but bring it with you $$$$$$
