Took the GQ out for a sneaky spontaneous solo run up to Pauls Range all legally within ring of steel & 25 k radius of residence. . Great day for it pissing down and wet as a shag but didn't phase the old GQ . . Got some great excercise walking from the front seat to freewheeling hubs and back again with a few core stretches thrown in for good measure too . . .

Cheers mate. Yeah its a bit of a worry. Getting in and 9ut of the car is agonising now. You have no idea how much your hip rotates in that movement until it is bone on bone. Moving thr left knee under the steering wheel is the worst!!!
Climbing up left leg forward is impossible. I can't wait mate.
