Just setting off with a mate on a week long trip from Lands End to John O' Groats. Should do about 1800 miles all in with getting to and from the starting/end points.

With a name like Bovril I guessed you were a Pommie. My younger half brother is touring around the 'top' at the moment with a few mates in campervans doing the NC500. I had no idea what that was, it didn't have a name when I did it back in the 80's. Great country up there. Different, but equal to anything we have here in Oz.

Think we’re in need of a brand new clutch on a brand new bike already :-)

Uphill deliberate stop/start lessons were challenging but downhill roll on releases were more fun :-)
Thankfully Honda and all others keep their gears in a box so they don’t fall out :-)

They could grow up to drive crash box space shuttles mate. Unlikely but worth teaching for the skills.
