Yes, they can put that power down on a prepared track. They're likely to go 5's in the quarter or 3's in the eighth depending on what they race.
The beauty of that hub dyno is that there is no wheel spin and if you watch them again you'll notice that they are actually simulating a pass. They're simulating staging and a full rip through the gears. So, because there is no wheel spin they have perfect data they can use and dial that in to what ever track/ surface they're racin on.
