Went away over the long weekend, started at Bentley plains hut and then made away to little river gorge, put 1,000kms on the old girl. Got to make some fresh tracks in virgin snow.

Can’t wait to get the new injector pump on

My son bought the gold 2.8 GQ, pretty good for $1,000, first trip away for him, we nicknamed it the little engine that could!!

Fitted the pump today, Wow is all I can say, now really need to book in for a tune.

This has really woken the car up now!!!!

The tuner kept it overnight last night, but finally good news!!

Picked it up today, over the moon, I was aiming for 200hp and smashed my goal

174.1kw/610nm at 25 psi on 35s

Crikey, really nice work @Reddave mate, nearly a 50% increase from an already more than beasty 120rwkw drive in and now near double a factory old lazy stocky like ours
Do be careful on the go pedal mate, have known a few that have popped running similar/maybe slightly higher figures to yours. One mate up north certainly was a 30++psi boost issue though.
35” tyre dyno figures like yours, especially if they are mud type terrains I believe with added roller friction should equate to well in excess of 200 killer wasps off your flywheel/crank!
Almost identical figures to your 600ishNm torque still going strong towing on the GU family beast @MurunnerTD mate?

Thanks mate, all the late nights have certainly paid off, my wife has told me if I advertise it she’ll bury me in the backyard LOL

I’m super happy with the results, need new tyres now, my 3mm tread on the procomps isn’t going to cut it anymore!!

Also might need to start looking at clutches, it has a slight slip when I really get into it
