my zd is eating oil like its a late night maccas run after a full day on the suds,
My troll has NADS, Cobra, Dawes, EGT and Boost gauge and had a rebuilt head 65k ago, now uses 1.2L of oil to go 1000km
any info or input (constructive) would be appreciated..

How old is the oil and is it synthetic ,ours drank synthetic about halfway between oil changes but since changing to mineral it's been ok .
ok so bit more info, I was sick of changing out the filter and media and emptying oil catch can, so i decided to run the pcv directly to atmosphere and see how much i need to keep "topping" up the oil and keep a track of it... I am on either syn or semi syn depending on prices... so basically its covering the back of my troll after 255km drive from my place to the old cheese's place... like covered as in plastered with oil and dust...
oh and the oil is like 2 months at best old plus the new 1.2l lol
