I've never heard of seat heaters in a GQ. Do you have air vents at the rear seats? I reckon it would be for that fan.

The vent is at the back of the center console chest. There should be some temp controls there too. The vents are aimed at the second row passengers feet

@Winnie maybe being an OS model it was better speced than their Aussie counter parts

If you don't use it, atleast you now have a spare accessory switch spot you can repurpose...
