I've been trying to put new pads on the front disk brakes of my 1989 GQ TD42 Patrol.
On the left the pin (see circled image below) seems to have seized so that it doesn't auto adjust as the pads wear and doesn't fully extend meaning I'm not able to get the new pads in.
Any tricks to un-seize it? have tried lots of oil for quite a long time. If not, is it something I can drill out or do I neeed to source a replacement part (no idea what the part is called?)

It might be best to give best calipers a birthday and rebuild them both.
