So i got most of it done today. Just need to mount the rubber conveyor belt mud flaps and we are good to go. 1 bolt removal achieved.

The passenger side was a bugger because of the factory exhaust mount in the way damn it. Flipped and sorted.

    Removable.

So i decided i wanted to make an alternate brace bar to mount when offroad so a side hit will have some support.

While i had the welder out i also made the bump stop plate bigger as when i e tended them years ago i made it too small and the bumps slipped off the side.

Easy fix while the wheel was off.

90x90 angle welded on top of the box i welded on last time.

Easy as. All painted up and ready for rubber matting.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
